Therapy Session Fees

Individual Psychotherapy, Ecotherapy, and Counselling (50 minutes): $160/session

Payment is due at the time of each session.

Accepted methods: credit card and e-transfer

Sliding scale is offered upon request (email me for details)
 

A receipt will be provided after each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider if applicable.

Insurance Coverage

If you plan on claiming your therapy sessions under your health plan, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider before your first session to ensure they will cover my services.

Psychotherapy is not publicly funded under OHIP in Ontario unless delivered by a psychiatrist or general practitioner (GP). Most insurance companies, however, do include my services within their coverage packages.

You will need to verify that your unique provider reimburses services delivered by a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW). Even when this service does not appear on the list, many clients have been successful in calling their company to verify and/or sending in receipts.
